KeyBEMO can now manufacture extreme radius sheet profiles in concave, convex, waveform and multi-radii. The extreme radius sheets can be smooth curved, without the need for crimping, to industry leading radii’s.

Our curving machine has the capability to curve sheets to convex, concave, waveform or multi-radii profiles. We are able to smooth curve sheets to 1.2 metre convex and 3 metre concave dependant on material and gauge. Should you have any requirements for even tighter curves, please contact our Technical Department.

KeyBEMO now has the ability to manufacturer curved tapered profile sheets in house, offering designers ultimate freedom and flexibility. In house production helps keep costs down, reduce transport and allow KeyBEMO to offer much shorter lead times.

Curved tapered sheets can be manufactured from 100mm to 500mm and curved to suit convex or concave requirements. The complex sheets can be manufactured without the need for welding and come with KeyBEMO’s standard 25 Year Warranty. Not only this, but KeyBEMO can offer the profile in a variety of finishes such as 100% Recycled Aluminium, Copper, Steel and Coated finishes.

RPD Roofing, based in Co. Antrim, have recently completed Sullivan Upper school utilising KeyBEMO’s 100% Recycled Roof Sheets. Approximately 30m2 of Natural Stucco Embossed Tapered Sheets were succesfully installed providing a long lasting and attractive finish.

After 9 years valuable service, Trevor Downs has decided to take early retirement. Trevor has been with KeyBemo from its early days and has led the continued development of the KeyBemo product range to maintain our position at the forefront of the standing seam market.

John Charlton is the new Managing Director of KeyBemo – the Derbyshire-based cladding and Standing Seam roofing specialists.

John previously led KeyBemo for two-and-a-half years before leaving to pursue other challenges.

After four years he is now back at the helm. John’s ambition and drive will help steer KeyBemo through the challenging times ahead as the construction industry continues to struggle through the recession.

He explained: “It certainly is a challenging market at the moment but I believe that the team at KeyBemo have the quality and ability to succeed.

“Our clients are looking for certainty of supply and companies with the financial stability, experience, quality and technical ability to complete projects on time and to budget. KeyBemo continues to offer the long term reassurance that clients seek today.

KEYBEMO Achieve CSCS Platinum Award

KEYBEMO have proven that we are fully committed to improving quality and reducing accidents within the construction industry through the recent Construction Skills Certification Scheme Platinum Award. KEYBEMO received the award from Trevor Walker, Chairman CSCS, in December 2009 in recognition of more than 90% of KEYBEMO staff being CSCS registered.

The Construction Skills Certification Scheme was set up to help the construction industry to improve quality and reduce accidents. CSCS cards are increasingly demanded as proof of occupational competence by contractors, public and private clients and others.

While the snow may be causing chaos on the UK roads, work at KEYBEMO hasn’t stopped with production continuing until Christmas Eve. The snow covered yard was quickly cleared in order to prevent any disruptions.
