The KeyBAR Support Bar System has a push together joint, pre-punched halter clip holes and laser painted markings on the `vertical` leg to assist in ensuring the correct location of the KeyBAR brackets at a maximum of 1000mm centres.

Additional Information

It is important that a KeyBAR bracket must be positioned within 100mm of the joints (Spigot / Male Side) or the KeyBAR to have a maximum cantilever of 100mm.

KeyBAR Support Bar System is available in pre-punched bar lengths to suit 305mm and 400mm NCW (straight format) or308mm and 403mm (curved format).

KeyBAR Suport Bar System is also available in plain lengths p (i.e. without pre-punched holes).

Brackets for the KeyBAR Support Bar System are available in the following heights :-60, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 180 and200mm -other heights are available up to a maximum height of280mm(dependant upon quantity).

The KeyBAR Support Bar System has been tested at CERAM Research Limited in a configuration that conforms to Building Regulations Approved Document L2 :2002 for the KeyBEMO® Standing Seam System assessing performance under thermal movement load.

The KeyBAR Support Bar System itself has been tested at CERAM Research Limited and found to exceed + and -UDL (uniform distributed load) test loads by 2 kN without showing any signs of distress.
