KeyBEMO® Standing Seam Roofing
KeyBEMO® is a secret fix standing seam roofing solution which has no external fasteners on the outer weathering skin.
KeyBEMO® is designed and manufactured to the most exacting standards and offers the maximum performance under the most extreme conditions.
The interlocking profiles are seamed to form a continuous weatherproof roof, capable of withstanding the most severe wind loads and temperature fluctuations, even under maximum spanning. The system is designed to meet the desired U value specified. An insulation and vapour control layer eliminates the risk of condensation and an internal liner sheet completes the system. Acoustic enhancements may be easily incorporated to meet requirement.

Our UK manufacturing facility is based at our Group Headquarters at Heage in Derbyshire click here for location.
Roll-forming
Our KeyBEMO Roll-former is a state of the art and technically advanced machine. It has a variety of impressive production abilities including the ability to produce roofing sheets in excess of 25 metres that are transportable. This production capability has made us leaders in the field of large format manufacturing.
Curving
Our curving machine has the capability to curve sheets to convex, concave, waveform or multi-radii profiles.
We are able to smooth curve sheets to 1.2 metre convex and 3 metre concave dependant on material and gauge.
Curving to a greater radius is achievable, depending on design criteria. Please contact our technical department to discuss your requirement.
KeyBEMO sheets can naturally curve to 40 metres dependant on material and gauge.
Where curving is required in other materials (i.e Copper, Zinc, Coated Steel and Stainless Steel) please consult with our technical department for the curving parameters as they vary slightly from those for aluminium and are dependant on the gauge of the material.

On Site Roll-forming
We offer the client on-site production, with our unique portable roll forming machine. This allows for production at roof level or using our new “Roll to Site” facility the Roll-former is able to produce sheets at ground level.
When using the Roll-former at eaves level continual sheets of in excess of 140m long may be produced without the need for welding or end laps.
Site roll forming and curving allow greater flexibility; it reduces transport and lifting costs, and can also provide perfect curving to the “as built” radius and allows for very long sheets to be produced without the need for end laps.

The range of materials which we use, combined with the wide variety of colour options and surface finishes, offer design flexibility for our clients.
We supply a unique product range which includes high quality metals ranging from sturdy and reliable Aluminium, Steel and Stainless Steel to the prestigious roofing materials such as Copper and Zinc.
In addition to our large portfolio of metals, we are able to provide the best surface finish for your chosen roofing system. Our advanced durable paint coating system can be included to provide extra protection against UV radiation or mechanical damage. It also provides corrosion protection and is produced in a wide variety of shades all offering excellent colour stability.
