KeyBEMO Commence Work on the new Chesterfield FC Stadium

KeyBEMO were chosen to supply their Natural Stucco Embossed Standing Seam roofing for the new Chesterfield FC stadium. Based on the old Dema Glassworks the ground consist of 4 stands, the west stand housing the conference and banqueting rooms. The East community stand also houses a multi purpose sports and community room. The stadium will have a capacity of 10,600 and cost £13,000,000 to complete.

KeyBEMO will be supplying approx 7000m2 of Natural Stucco Embossed Aluminium Roof Sheets in both single skin and double skin construction. The double skin will be utilising the KeyBAR support rail system for a quick and reliable installation method. The roof sheets will be formed in one continuous 25.220Mtr length from eaves to ridge and are rolled at eaves level directly onto the roof .

Site Rollforming allows greater flexibility; it reduces transport and lifting costs,and also allows for very long sheets to be produced without the need for end laps.
