KeyBEMO Launch Revised Bar System

KeyBAR Plain

KeyBEMO introduce KeyBAR Plain, the cost effective bar system. KeyBAR Plain is a lightweight bar and bracket system designed to create a thermal insulation space in twin skin constructions. The KeyBAR Plain is easy for self-drilling fasteners to drill into while providing good strong  pull out values. KeyBAR also helps reduce cold bridging compared with typical full height halter clip installations.

KeyBAR Plain is manufactured from 1.25mm high tensile hot-dip galvanised steel to BS EN 10326-S390GD+Z275 incorporating a 40mm spigot end fix for easy on site installation.

Brackets are manufactured from 1.6mm high tensile galvanised steel incorporating stiffing ribs and vapour seal pad/thermal insulator. Various heights are available to suit insulation requirements.

KeyBAR Plain offers the same strength and thermal benefits as the tried and tested KeyBAR system in unpunched, 1 metre, 2 metre or 3 metre lengths.
