City Park comprises of a 10 storey, 9250sq m, Grade A office accommodation. Built by Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd with the perforated KeyBEMO® sheets being installed by roofing contractor Keyclad Ltd.

The KeyBEMO® sheets were manufactured using 100% recycled natural stucco embossed aluminium in a 400mm cover width with a fully perforated pan and curved to a tight on site radius of 2.7 metres.
